Following a court decision, the “Work Requirements” for certain able-bodied adults without dependent children (ABAWD) will now begin on March 1, 2026 (not on November 1, 2025). If you have received the “Work Activity Notice” and “PACE Vendor Appointment Notice” from HRA about you work requirement, please reach out to us at 800-844-2758 to discuss with your SNAP enroller.
